Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, platforms, and strategies. They will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness and engagement across various social media channels. The role will begin as part time [4 -6 hours per day] and evolve in to full time once you’re ready to take on a 2nd client.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including but not limited to written posts, images, videos, and interactive content.

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our audience across all relevant platforms

Community Management: Monitor and engage with our audience across social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to achieve specific marketing objectives and KPIs.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to inform future strategy.

Stay Up-to-Date: Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and changes in social media algorithms and platforms. Continuously research and explore new opportunities for growth and engagement.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Creator and / or marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns. Collaborate with other departments as needed to support company initiatives.

Qualifications:

•Degree or verifiable experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
•Strong understanding of branding and a sales funnel.
•Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
•Strong understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills [American English].
•Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
•Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
•Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
