Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will deeply understand social media management, skilled in quality content by creating reels, stories and posts, and can research and implement marketing strategies for Be Found Socials. We are looking for someone with strong lead generation skills and engagement practices to grow the brand Be Found Socials and bring on more clients for Shopify website development and social media management. By bringing on more clients, this will mean more work available as the social media manager and strategist.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve client objectives
– Create engaging and high-quality content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, reels, and stories
– Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers
– Create and manage social media advertising campaigns
– Monitor social media analytics and track performance to optimize campaigns
– Develop and execute strategies to increase followers and engagement, specifically in the beauty and fashion industry
– Research and implement marketing strategies for Be Found Socials, focusing on lead generation and client acquisition
– Provide a portfolio of social media management, demonstrating expertise in the beauty and fashion industry and an understanding of social media marketing for eCommerce brands or website development brands
– Develop a social media strategy for Be Found Socials to showcase your skillset

Requirements:
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
– High-quality internet speed and stable connection
