As a Virtual Assistant – Marketing and Outreach Specialist, you will be at the forefront of promoting our organization in the digital space. You will leverage digital tools and platforms to connect with target audiences and drive brand visibility.

Position: Marketing and Outreach Specialist
Location: Remote (Work-from-Home)

Key Responsibilities:
– Using the platform Keep for internal marketing campaigns
-Create SOP’s
-Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote Client’s Physical Therapy Clinic’s services and brand.
-Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the clinic’s website.
-Implement outreach initiatives to connect with local communities, physicians, and potential clients.
-Plan and organize events to increase awareness and attract new clients.
-Analyze marketing data and trends to optimize campaigns and outreach efforts.
-Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in marketing and outreach (Minimum 1 year experience)
-Strong virtual communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clientele and professionals.
-Creative mindset with the ability to adapt marketing strategies for the online environment.
-Strong organizational and virtual project management skills.

Requirements:
– Previous experience in remote work is a plus
– Availability for regular virtual meetings and collaboration with team members.
