About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our diverse team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be able to enhance our brands’ online presence, increase organic followers, and encourage engagement across our social media platforms. As an entrepreneur with various businesses, I am looking for someone who can adapt to different brand guidelines and create compelling content that aligns with each brand’s unique identity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Google My Business, and potentially YouTube in the near future.
Develop 3-5 posts per brand per week, along with engaging reels/stories.
Create engaging content using our extensive media library and your creative ideas. Researching and implementing additional ideas is highly encouraged.
Edit images and videos to align with each brand’s aesthetics.
Moderate social media platforms, respond to comments, and manage DMs (excluding sales-related DMs) promptly.
Understand and make effective use of Metricool, our preferred app for social media management.
Analyze Metricool reports to track progress and make improvements.

Working Hours

The working hours for this position are 9 AM to 1 PM Eastern US time, subject to changes with daylight savings. There *may* be some flexibility in the exact hours worked given that they are worked during EST business hours.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in managing and growing social media platforms.
Proficiency in creating engaging content and editing images and videos.
Experience with Metricool or a similar social media management tool.
Ability to understand and work with existing brand guidelines.
Must be comfortable with using WhatsApp and ChatGPT during working hours.
