RTM is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales departments to ensure alignment of goals.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Conduct competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and audience identification.
• Develop, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
• Oversee the creation of social media content calendars.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and tone across all social media platforms.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
• Foster relationships with key influencers and stakeholders to enhance the brand’s online presence.
• Monitor online reviews and respond to each review in a timely manner.
• Use analytics tools to gather data and evaluate the success of social media initiatives.
• Generate monthly reports on social media KPIs.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, customer service) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
• Work with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create compelling visual content.
• Optimize social media content for search engines.
• Ensure content is optimized for user engagement and retention.
• Conduct keyword research to support content creation and social media optimization.

Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs.
• Excellent creative and SEO content writing skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software and tools.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Good time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Experience with online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
• BA in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
