JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Use + transcription to create transcripts of audio recordings
• Edit + File transcripts
• Creating show notes for podcasts
• Organizing audio transcripts into blog posts
• Identify customer needs and help clients and community members use specific features
• Update our internal records with information about issues and useful discussions with clients
• Monitor clients complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
• Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved
• Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
• Have superior storytelling skills and able to understand the needs of our community
• Participate in high-level strategy meetings to frame out both internal offers and to drive revenue across affiliate offers and internal offers
• Own our video marketing strategy, to include writing effective video scripts with strong hooks, SEO-friendly content descriptions, and SEO-friendly podcast and blog copy to drive business goals
• Review video content and create video scripts for intros / outros / editing videos for our social channels + ads
• Plan, create and publish compelling content on social media (static, video, live streams, etc.) regularly to support and engage our communities
• Help conceptualize and create lead magnets, quizzes, etc for list building
• Work with our COO and multimedia designer to create graphics + video for our social / ads campaign
• Pay attention to KPIs and create content to improve our engagement, reach, referral traffic and conversions
• Review results and insights with the marketing director and marketing team, and suggest optimizations to our efforts to improve our KPIs
• Plan new offers and sales funnels for our brands
• Manage email copy for our affiliate marketing program to improve conversions on email traffic
• Work with a high-performing marketing team to review data, strategize and drive our business goals.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 2 years of Social Media Management
• 3-5 years in Direct Response Copywriting
• You have experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram and have used social media tools to schedule and create lists of influencers to engage with
• Transcription certificate or equivalent experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent grasp of English grammar
• Strong typing skills (at least 55 WPM)
• Proficiency with
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Experience working with direct response copy for YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
• Excellent communication skills (a perfectionist when it comes to spelling and grammar)
• Previous experience in health and wellness industry, digestive health, mold toxicity, lyme disease, and autoimmunity strongly preferred
• Associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of G Suite tools and navigating popular social media platforms
CONTENT MANAGEMENT
• Seed keyword research via LongTail Pro to aid in SEO
• Managing posts across FB channels, Instagram, TikTok Pinterest, and Twitter.
• Respond to comments on posts in a timely manner.
• Respond to and manage comments on Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Respond to direct messages on social media platforms
• Maintain links for IG posts
• Generate links & UTM codes for social content
• Manage YouTube channel, including content loading + captioning + occasional light editing
• Manage videos on FB / Instagram, including captioning
• Set up Show Notes on Blog (proficiency in WordPress required)
• Manage our podcast in Libsyn
• Organize links for our advertising team

Job Type: Part-Time, With possibility of going full-time depending on performance
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 3 pm CST to 7 pm CST // Monday to Friday, 5 am to 9am PHT
Salary Range: PHP 40,000-60,000 monthly, Depending on experience
