Social Media Manager (5 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

My name is Caleb & I am the founder of BlackLABS, we are a start up company that provides software solutions to cosmetic clinics in Australia, helping them run and scale their business.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and help us grow our social media presence over a long term.

Job Description:
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing all of our social media platforms, creating SEO optimized daily blogs, managing one or two other content creators/editors, creating a social media strategy, managing a Facebook group, and posting on all social accounts each day.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
Manage and grow our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
Create SEO optimized daily blogs and other written content to support our social media strategy.
Manage one or two other content creators/editors, providing guidance and direction to ensure high-quality content is delivered on time.
Manage a Facebook group, engaging with members and fostering a community of engaged followers.
Monitor social media trends and adjust our strategy accordingly to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
Report on social media performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve results.
Provide samples of social media strategies that have worked well to grow a brand.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE LEVERAGING AI TOOLS TO USE WITH OUR SOCIALS!
ATLEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT.
Proven track record of launching and growing a brand’s social media presence.
Experience managing a team of content creators/editors.
Exceptional understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Excellent project management and time management skills.
