We are currently seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team and assist in optimizing content for our diverse range of clients. In this position, you will have the flexibility to work remotely, managing your own schedule effectively. Utilizing your strong writing and design abilities, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality, engaging social media posts tailored to each client’s unique needs and audience. Your duties will also include content scheduling, obtaining approvals, and incorporating client feedback to ensure continuous improvement. As our client base continues to grow, you will play a pivotal role in managing an increasing number of accounts, with over 25 clients to oversee. Proficiency in the English language is essential for success in this role.

We help our clients build their brands, grow their social media presence, drive traffic to their offers, and reach new customers. We accomplish this by providing businesses with a unique voice on social media through carefully crafted content.

What will you be doing?

As an Engagement-Focused Social Media Manager, you’ll combine marketing, writing, and design skills to understand our clients’ businesses and create a unique, authentic voice and identity on social media.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with our customers, understanding their brand and voice, and generating relevant ideas for content creation and curation
• Organize and manage multiple social accounts for multiple clients
• Develop and execute social media strategies
• Competitor analysis
• Create and follow content calendars
• Create error-free content, with no grammar, formatting or spelling mistakes
• Design supporting graphic content for all channels
• Copywriting for posts: Creating original content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google My Business, combining your writing with visual content you create or source for our clients (usually original graphics, carousel, and video created in Canva or any video tool of your choice)
• Scheduling content using social media tools and communicating with clients to review and approve content
• Making changes and corrections based on client feedback, refining content as needed
• Actively monitoring engagement and performance metrics, responding promptly to user comments, and adjusting content strategy accordingly to ensure optimal results
• Provide monthly data analysis and performance metric reporting for all clients
• Provide recommendations for social media strategies based on monthly data analysis and performance metric reporting
• Collaborating with clients via email to refine content strategy based on insights from engagement and performance data

Qualifications

• Proficiency in many social media platforms
• Proficiency in AI content tools like Chat GPT to help you with ideas, and support your writing
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proficient in design (static and animations) and editing software (Canva, Adobe Premier)
• Demonstrated experience growing social media accounts (personal or professional)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders (i.e. Customers, Sales, Business Operations, etc.)
• The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in data-driven social media marketing, analytics, and project management to manage multiple clients
• 2+ years of experience as Social Media Manager
• Have a high degree of English language proficiency
• Must be responsible and organized.
• A high level of discretion, ethics, and trustworthiness.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with the team and company as a whole.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

WORK SCHEDULE/ WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT/ SETUP REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a video camera and headset or microphone (for team meetings).
• Have a dedicated work space, computer and reliable internet access.
