Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager who excels in sales, outreach for leads, and graphic design. As a Social Media Manager at Shippie, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence, generating leads, and creating visually appealing content that engages our audience and drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with out timezone – EST hours 9am – 5pm.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity.
Conduct sales outreach and lead generation activities through social media platforms.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to refine and improve strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online community.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
Expertise in sales and lead generation through social media.
Exceptional graphic design skills with an eye for design and attention to detail.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
Bonus: Experience in the shipping or e-commerce industry.
