Social Media Manager
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join Liberty Law Team, a law firm based in Philadelphia, PA USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the law firm’s social media presence across various platforms, creating compelling video content that highlights the firm’s expertise and services, and driving engagement with our audience. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for producing, editing, and publishing video content to promote the firm’s brand and increase its online presence.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the firm’s goals and objectives.
• Create and curate content for social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and engage with social media followers, responding to comments, and managing online reputation.
• Plan and execute video projects from conception to completion, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Collaborate with the firm’s attorneys and staff to produce high-quality video content that highlights the firm’s expertise and services.
• Optimize video content for social media platforms and ensure that it meets the firm’s branding and messaging standards.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase engagement, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to the firm’s leadership team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management and video production, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to create engaging social media content and manage social media platforms.
• Excellent video editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to create content that aligns with the firm’s goals and objectives.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of legal ethics and regulations related to social media marketing.
