Job Description

We invite a seasoned social media manager to join our team. This role is not just about support; it’s about leading from the front, offering insights, and being a pivotal part of our team.

Qualifications:
– 5+ years social media marketing experience.
– Proven track record working with U.S. clients and in business operations.
– Proficiency in Notion, Loom, Zoom, Google Office Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Excellent proficiency in business-level English, both written and spoken.
– Must have a high-quality portfolio of previous social media management work.
– Thorough understanding of LinkedIn, X, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
– Creativity and an eye for detail are a must! We want you to own this role.
– Enthusiastic learner who takes initiative to expand knowledge, embraces challenges, and thrives in our culture of learning and growth.

Responsibilities
– Content Strategy: Develop and create a strategic social media brand aligned with our goals. You will help create the content we post.
– Content Calendar: Create a monthly content calendar for all platforms, focusing on industry-specific content that captures our target audience’s attention.
– Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging videos tailored for LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. Will also need to understand other platforms for similar content.
– Engagement: Monitor social media channels, comments, and messages and engage with the community to build meaningful relationships.
– Analytics: Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
– Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to keep our content fresh and relevant.
– Publish on LinkedIn: Craft and publish thoughtful leadership content on LinkedIn, showcasing the expertise and insights of our company leaders.

Job Type
– Part-Time Remote: A dedicated salaried position requiring commitment, working and being present online at least 20 hours per week in a remote position. Room for further growth in the role and other responsibilities.

Shift:
• Monday- Friday CST 10am to 4pm 6 Hours Per Day- 1 Hour Break*

Salary:
20,000-25,000 PHP per month plus possible bonuses TBD. Salary is done 2x a month.
