Job Description
Lead Origin is seeking an experienced social media manager who is eager to grow within our Marketing Team. We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You’ll balance a multitude of projects & tasks, and your day-to-day life will be constantly changing and evolving. You’ll collaborate and work alongside internal teams to create and share content that continuously drives our clients’ brands forward.
Job Responsibilities
Grow, execute, and communicate across our client’s social media channels daily
Communicate with internal teams to constantly improve content
Write copy for social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages and more
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction with the account(s) you are matched with to ensure a positive customer service experience
Understand and monitor social media analytics by tracking key social media analytics on a regular basis, and adjusting the strategies to optimize outreach
Respond to customer reviews, comments, and messages on local directories and social media
Routinely implement email newsletter campaigns for clients
Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all content
Optimize content for SEO, social platforms, and engagement
Utilize analytic tools to review content performance consistently
Leverage data, insights, trends and best practices to represent brands with proper authenticity, voice, and tone
Monitor all competitor and industry social media presences and trends across all platforms
Constantly find ways to get ahead of the game!
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Agency experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
Experience in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms
Excellent copywriting skills
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Great communication and presentational skills
