Job Description

Campaign Refinery is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with our target audience. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating and scheduling engaging content, and fostering relationships with our online community to boost brand awareness and increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility, engagement, and followers across all relevant platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

Create and schedule high-quality, relevant, and engaging content (e.g., images, videos, articles, and promotions) tailored to each platform and target audience.

Monitor, engage, and respond to comments and messages from our followers in a timely and professional manner, fostering a sense of community and building strong relationships with our customers.

Track and analyze social media performance using various tools and metrics (e.g., engagement rate, growth rate, reach, and conversions) to identify trends, optimize content, and inform future strategies.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring social media efforts align with the overall marketing goals and brand identity.

Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Provide regular reports to management on social media performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry.

In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of tone and voice for different platforms.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
