We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and manage social media accounts and ad campaigns for dental practices. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing social media accounts across multiple platforms including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. You should have expertise in running ad campaigns on these platforms and be able to track and analyze metrics to ensure maximum campaign success.
Important: This role requires that you work in (or close to) our timezone of Vancouver, BC, Canada (GMT-7) We do not want to hire a person who will work this job throughout their nighttime hours.

Responsibilities:
Create engaging content including video, graphics, and text for dental practice-related social media accounts that is consistent with the brand’s identity
Monitor the performance of existing campaigns, adjust as needed, and launch new ones
Analyze the success of campaigns and make optimization recommendations
Collaborate with other teams on how to best leverage social channels and optimize for cross-channel conversions and retargeting
Stay up to date on relevant trends and best practices in social media management specific to the dental industry
Review and analyze detailed monthly reports outlining key metrics in Google Data Studio
Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated mindset, taking the initiative to identify opportunities, solve problems, and continuously improve performance.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience managing social media accounts and ad campaigns, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
Proven experience managing successful ad campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
Ability to create and edit short-form video content optimized for social media
Experience and skill with Canva and other design programs
Proven ability to write social media updates
Strong understanding of algorithms and optimization techniques used by each platform
Ability to think creatively when it comes to content ideas and strategies related to the dental industry
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Strong analytical skills – you know how to turn data into insights
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
