We are a dynamic and innovative company Digital Brothers seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to make a significant impact and play a key role in our brand’s digital presence.

You’ll be managing 2 brands: 1 personal brand of an online entrepreneur teaching to people how to make money online, and one brand for a food blogger in Dubai.

Job Overview:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand identity and objectives. You will play a crucial role in building and engaging our online community, driving brand awareness, and fostering meaningful connections with our target audience across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement an innovative social media strategy that supports our brand’s goals, enhances visibility, and promotes engagement.

2. Content Creation: Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, images, videos, and written copy, tailored to each platform’s audience and best practices.

3. Community Management: Monitor and engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and in a professional manner.

4. Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute social media ad campaigns to increase reach, conversions, and lead generation, while optimizing the budget for maximum ROI.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, gather insights, and create comprehensive reports on key metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.

6. Stay Current with Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve strategies and content.

7. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure brand consistency and seamless execution of campaigns.

8. Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to amplify our brand’s reach and connect with new audiences.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in social media strategy development and execution.

2. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices for audience engagement.

3. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.

4. Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance.

5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple social media channels effectively.

6. Creative mindset, with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.

7. Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends and algorithm updates in the social media landscape.

8. Familiarity with social media advertising and experience in running successful ad campaigns.

9. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
