– Manage and curate content calendars, ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness of posts.

– Engage proactively with audiences and relevant accounts to foster growth and enhance social media profiles.

– Take ownership of two client accounts initially, contributing to their social media presence and growth. More in the future as we grow.

– Collaborate closely with team members, communicating regularly and participating in weekly meetings to align strategies and objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

– Proficiency in social media management, design for social media/thumbnails, and some copywriting skills.

– Highly organized, structured, and self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.

– Strong communication skills

– Prior experience in managing social media accounts for businesses is desirable.

– Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new tools and strategies in the dynamic digital landscape.

This role is the initial hire with a vision to grow into a team of 5 by year-end.
