Position Overview: As a Social Media Manager at Live Digital Box, you will be the driving force behind our online presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, and fostering meaningful interactions to enhance our brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals and content initiatives. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance.
Content Creation: Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce visually appealing and compelling social media assets.
Audience Engagement: Build and maintain a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering conversations. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to participate in relevant discussions.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights. Prepare regular reports on social media performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives. Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Strong writing and communication skills. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
