Job Summary:
H7FF is looking to bring on a Social Media Manager who loves working with social media and has exquisite attention to detail and is looking to establish long-term work with a fast-growing, successful company.

The right candidate will be be responsible for creating and maintaining brand promotion and marketing campaigns. To be successful in this role, you will work closely with the CEO to identify strategies to increase brand awareness, generate more leads and create promotional strategies. It’s essential that you have a strong knowledge of social media distribution for maximum marketing results with attention to details as you scrutinize each content piece.

This is a part-time, 10-20 hours per week position. In addition, you must be able to work during Central business hours.

Experience you must have:
– Must have 2+ years of experience with social media management and marketing on various social media platforms
– Organizing and managing all social media marketing while meeting all deadlines

– Ability to understand and align with CEO’s creative direction
– Can create marketing strategy and content
– Precise and detail-oriented, great with social media and video
– Clear-headed, quick-thinking, and graceful in high-pressure situations
– Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner
– Excellent communication skills (interpersonal & writing)
– Flexibility to handle a changing workload
– Extremely good with video and social media messaging
– Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

Social Media Manager Tasks for this Role:
– Take direction and work closely with the CEO
– Conduct Marketing Research
– Collaborate with CEO on Marketing Stategy
– Map out Calendar for Social Media Content for FB, IG and LinkedIn
– Provide Guidance to Social Media Graphics
– Provide Insights on Captions and Hashtags for Marketing Campaigns
– Monitor Social Media Analytics

Requirements:
– Will start as Part-time role, 10-20 hours per week
– High-speed internet connection with backup service to minimize interruptions
– Powerful personal computer
– Excellent English verbal and written skills
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Compensation:
– $8-$11 USD/hour depending on experience
