We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager (SMM) to join our team. The SMM will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in social media management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create compelling content tailored to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, tailored to each client’s unique brand and target audience.
• Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules, including daily posts, stories, and updates, while adhering to client guidelines and objectives.
• Monitor and actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly. Foster a sense of community and build relationships with followers.
• Regularly analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare detailed reports for clients. Use insights to optimize content and strategies.
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns (paid and organic) to meet client objectives. Manage ad budgets and optimize ad targeting for maximum ROI.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices. Recommend and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and posts, adhering to brand guidelines and voice for each client.
• Handle social media crises and negative comments professionally, working with the team to find swift and effective solutions.
• Ad hoc tasks from the client.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager for 2+ years.
• Experience in digital marketing or advertising is preferred.
• Good communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to effectively convey messages and engage with the audience.
• Can work under minimal supervision and under pressure, while still delivering high-quality results.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep deadlines, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all social media activities.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively to meet client objectives and deadlines.
• Ability to give a concrete and concise action plan, outlining strategies and tactics to achieve social media goals.
• Must be willing to work during the hours mentioned above, accommodating client needs and scheduling demands.
• Fast and stable internet connection to ensure seamless remote work and communication.
• Undergo 3 days of paid training. If there’s an urgency for the role, then the new hire must render an hour of paid OT before or after the shift for 3 weeks.
• Amenable to work Monday through Friday between 8 AM – 5 PM US Pacific Time Zone(PST).
