Job Description

We are a dynamic and innovative company specializing in Amazon. We are seeking a versatile Social Media Manager who specializes in Amazon to join our team and also assist with basic administrative tasks. Our goal is to hit 100k followers then eventually a million if that would be possible. We definitely need the candidate to be an expert in growing social media platforms and be very up to date with current social media tactics, how social media is changing and gain a loyal following for us. not just spam viral content.

Key Responsibilities:

1.) Social Media Management:
– Have expertise in multiple social media platforms preferably TikTok and Instagram.
– Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement on Amazon. Such as creating short form videos/contents and carousels to those platforms and post 2-3 contents everyday.
– Create, curate, and manage engaging content tailored for Amazon’s platform, including product listings, A+ content, and customer reviews.
– Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
– Stay updated with the latest Amazon trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company’s social media presence remains competitive.
– Engage with customers on Amazon, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
– Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

2.) Administrative Tasks:
– Perform general administrative duties and handling correspondence.
– Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
– Support the team with miscellaneous tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
– Coordinate with suppliers in terms of product design executions, revisions and follow-ups, and other external parties including our Fiverr contractors in terms of photography briefings, product design, revisions and follow-ups as required.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably with a focus on Amazon.
– Expertise in TikTok, Instagram and Facebook platforms.
– Basic understanding of Amazon’s platform.
– Good written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Expertise in TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
– Someone who will guarantee high traffic and engagement to our social media platforms.
– Someone who’s up to date with the latest trends and knows how to market our product in all social media platforms.
– Someone with good strategy and can come up with our brand identity that will guide the team on the type of contents that we will be posting moving forward.
– Someone who can enhance our brand awareness and scaling our reach on social media and knows how to post contents accordingly.
– Someone who will do customer service, reply to customers via email, and someone who can do technical admin tasks related to the lists above.
– Basic knowledge in Photoshop, Canva, or other preferred multimedia editing software/apps.
– Experience in graphic design or video editing.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Sheets and other basic administrative software.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
