Social Media Manager/All Rounder

Hi I am looking for a Social Media Marketing for a few hours or so a day, 4 (20 per week) at most, as I am a small business.

I am a small business in the health and therapy field.

I am not experienced in the social media field, which is why I need someone who not only has a good understanding of this but also has great capability. Can you outline (in simple words I can understand!) a simple strategy to catapult my business on social media?

The Social Media Expert will need to manage a number of social media accounts and executing the marketing strategy. The successful candidate will develop and maintain but not limited to blogs, video feeds, shorts, reels, video creation, trending social networking sites, responding to clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Implement social media strategies to increase and build brand awareness and generate inbound traffic and clients.
Content creation, design and scheduling across a number of social media platforms
Develop and deliver social media optimization (SMO).
Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
Increase appropriate and relevant (area specific) followers
Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms and select and adapt current process to fit needs.
Creating and managing monthly promotions.
Update websites and make SEO friendly.
Be open to other ideas and willing to learn

Requirements:
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Flickr etc.)
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Good technical understanding and can learn new hardware and software quickly.
Must be creative, self-starter, always come up with new ideas for how to share my message
Reliable/ be GREAT at communication with me
Knowledge of Wavepad or audiacity as well as the usual microsoft packages, canva, etc.
