Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work 9am-11am Eastern Time (US)
*Must have experience in social media management and content creation
*Must be proficient in video editing
*Strong written and verbal communication abilities
*Experience in email marketing and audience building is a must
*Must be super organized
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control

Responsibilities/Tasks:
Administrative Support
*Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to help Kristina to focus and shine!
*Manage schedules, correspondences, and project timelines
*Conduct outreach to podcast hosts, aiming to feature Kristina in relevant shows that align with her audience
*Coordinate with schools for book readings and engagements
*Conduct follow-ups with schools and other partners to ensure Kristina’s books are distributed effectively
*Make a list of podcasts to reach out to as well as schools and accounts on social media
Social Media Management and Marketing
*Develop and implement strategies to increase Kristina’s social media presence and audience engagement
*Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written)
*Edit videos for various platforms
*Build and maintain an email list of engaged readers and buyers
