Social Media Manager and Administrative Assistant

We need a fun, resourceful, independent social media and ecommerce rock star VA! Our brand was featured on TV’s Shark Tank and has been on a growth path with a strong social media following.

If you have experience organizing, scheduling, posting and managing social media (FB/IG/X/TikTok/YouTube), as well as working with ecommerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon, We’d love to hear about your background!

Our brand is a fun baby products brand and our mission is to eliminate the common hassles of mealtime and everyday activities while supporting baby’s development.

Initial tasks include:
• File organization
• Shopify Image updates
• Internet Research and Data Collection Projects
• Searching and collecting all user generated photos with our product/brand across all social platforms and organizing/cataloging them on Google Drive
• Scheduling daily social media posts on FB/IG/X(Twitter)/Pinterest using 3rd party software and directly on Amazon Posts
• Research and organize lists of social influencers and brand ambassadors on FB/IG/TikTok/YouTube
• Weekly Amazon audit of listings
• Send daily report of work completed (IMPORTANT!)
Future projects will grow as we work together and may include several tasks related to ecommerce business, such as regular searches for trademark and patent infringement, weekly Amazon audit of listings, managing compliance issues in seller support, and a variety of other work as assigned.

Basic skills and experience desired:
* Social Media Management on all major platforms
* Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar, Gmail
*Microsoft Office
* Strong web research and summary skills
* Communication apps (such as Slack, Meet, Messenger, etc.)
* Familiarity with Project Management software (such as Trello, Evernote, Google Workspace, etc.)
* Shopify and Amazon Seller Central experience desired, but not required
* Canva (desired, not required)

This is a full-time position. Work hours are flexible. You will need to be available at least once a day for real-time communication with us during our primary work hours in USA Central Time. Vacation and sick leave available after a 90-day probation period. This is our first time hiring a Filipino VA, so we will need to be educated on Filipino holidays, but we will most likely honor most of them. We will also include 13th month pay.
