Objective:
As a Social Media Manager at Lean Six Marketing, your primary goal is to generate leads and foster engagement, distinctly noting that you are representing Lean Six Marketing, a startup marketing agency, and not Sbenati Dentistry.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development:
Develop a 30-day content strategy aimed at generating leads through blog engagement and email list conversions.
Create posts to spark curiosity, leading to blog visits and conversions. Utilize successful social media tactics from other accounts as a reference.
Promote valuable resources (checklists, cheat sheets, eBooks, webinars) for two-week periods.
Use Metricool for planning and prompt responses to interactions (queries, comments).
Influencer Engagement:
Daily, sign at least two influencers by reaching out extensively on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Focus on the London, Ontario area, avoiding any contacts related to the dental industry.
Local Business Outreach:
Contact businesses in London, St-Thomas, Strathroy, and Stratford (excluding dental businesses).
Propose collaborations with Sbenati Dentistry, offering SEO-optimized articles featuring both entities (details to be discussed).
Promote these articles on social media and offer shoutouts to these businesses.
Business Development:
Post-collaboration, assess interest in ongoing SEO and SMM services, initiating revenue opportunities for Lean Six Marketing.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor analytics (traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates) using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
Provide weekly dashboard updates to Dr. Sbenati to demonstrate progress and results.
Conversion Optimization:
Continuously optimize websites, landing pages, and blogs for maximum conversions.
Ensure consistent improvement in conversion rates through ongoing analytics, research, etc.
Performance Metrics:
Daily: Engagement rates, influencer contact success rate.
Weekly: Conversion rate improvements, content engagement trends, report on analytics dashboard.
Monthly: Overall lead generation, email list growth, influencer collaboration results.
Quarterly: Revenue generation from new business partnerships, long-term trend analysis in conversions and engagement.
Efficiency and proactive engagement are key to this role. You are expected to be innovative, responsive, and results-driven, contributing significantly to Lean Six Marketing’s growth and success.
in summary, you will be responsible for 12 tasks:
1- 30 day content strategy for social media posts (including optimizing Google My Business consistently)
2- 30 day content strategy for blog engagement using SEO optimized content
3- internal linking on website AND blogs
4- Email strategy for sales and nurture campaigns to lead to landing page AND/OR blog page
5- Create assets and promote them: Checklists, cheat sheets, ebooks
6- interact with comments on social media through metricool
7- influencer engagement (UGC): sign 2 per day for influencer agreement
8- local business outreach (DO NOT contact dental businesses): collab with Sbenati Dentistry, offer SEO-optimized articles to create business opportunities with L6M and to increase backlinks with local businesses
9- setup 3 weekly podcast interviews with Dr. Sbenati with local cosmetic and wedding businesses
10- be able to test ads properly and quickly using different media assets (MintCRO course will be supplied to you…value of $15k…i already paid for this)
11- monitor analytics using Google analytics and SEMrush
12- conversion optimization using Mouseflow
