Job Description
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to enhance our online presence, engage with our community, and promote our brand. You will work closely with our teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop, implement, and manage our social media.
– Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.).
– Monitor audience interactions.
– Analyse social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is informative and appealing.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
– Report back to the senior managers and the VA manager every week.
Requirements
– Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
– Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
– Strong content creation skills, including graphic design, photography, and video editing.
– Proficiency in social media management tools.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.
– Excellent communication and writing skills.
– Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
