We are seeking a talented social media manager to join our team. As a social media manager, you will be responsible for creating and monitoring organic and paid social media content, with the focus being on Pinterest.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to elevate brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Craft compelling and original content for various social media platforms, including engaging posts, captivating captions, and
eye-catching graphics.
• Post content and monitor post performance.
• Provide detailed weekly updates on growth of accounts and how they can be improved.
• Monitor social media accounts, promptly respond to comments, and actively engage with the audience.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives.
• Conduct thorough research to stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate them into content creation.
• Edit and proofread written content for grammar, spelling, style, and consistency, ensuring it meets our brand guidelines.
• Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all content to strengthen brand identity.
• Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance, derive insights, and generate reports for management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms (primarily Pinterest) and creating engaging content.
• Strong understating of paid social media marketing and experience running paid social media campaigns.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms (google analytics), and scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to social media content.
• Ability to work independently, juggling multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
