SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER AND CONTENT CREATOR – VIRTUAL ASSISTANT NEEDED!

Our company is seeking a MOTIVATED, DETAIL-ORIENTED, and ORGANIZED Virtual Assistant to assist our music distribution service, digital media online footprint. The successful candidate will be able to execute social media strategy across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc). The key objective is to drive interested artists to our website and have them sign up for a package. We are a new company that will be launching soon, so the social traffic/engagement is low/non existent now…but it will definitely increase. Therefore, this month will look different than next month. We are looking for a long term person to stay on within the company and build the brand.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute social media strategies for increased brand visibility and engagement.
-Create eye-catching custom graphics for social media posts and promotional materials.
-Produce engaging videos for various social media platforms
-Manage social media posts and schedules
-Captivating captions (not using ONLY AI; must also be able to write)
-Engage with followers
-Create an action plan
-Manage social media analytics tools to monitor and improve performance.
-SEO driven hashtags (hashtag research)
-1 custom post per day (must be scheduled out in advanced and approved)

Requirements:
-Proven experience in social media management with a focus on graphic design and video creation.
-Proficiency with management/scheduling software (Later)
-Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software.
-Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Flexibility to meet weekly to discuss the calendar/content.

Required equipment:
-Laptop
-High-speed Internet connection (We will request a picture of the speed prior to the interview)
-Smartphone

COMPENSATION:
-Starting salary of $300/month, with increases based on qualifications and experience
-Unlimited bonus potential based on performance
