Social Media Manager and Content Curator

??Context:
We run a media agency that helps repurpose long-form videos into TikToks, YT Shorts and Instagram Reels. We’re fully remote and work with really awesome large content creators!

????Job:
We’re looking for a rockstar content curator and social media manager to join the team. This would be a full-time role.

Your job will be broken down into three parts:

1. Content Curation: You’ll need to look through our client’s video archives and select the clips that would work best as mobile-centric sub-60-second content. You’ll need to create story cards as the one attached. This story card will include a catchy title, timestamps for the video cut, trendy sounds and suggestions on the thumbnail. This is a very creative part of the job that requires you to understand how to make viral content.

2. Team Management: You’ll need to coordinate with the editors to make sure they are editing the content well, on time and without errors.

3. Content Management: You’ll need to upload the content onto a notion and research hashtags for each video. Daily, you’ll need to post the content on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.

4. Analytics: Create weekly reports for our clients based on their content and how it performed. Look at this data and get actionable insights.

You’ll be expected to deliver 6 video story cards daily (5 days a week) and post 6 videos daily across three platforms. This should take around 6 hours of intense work a day.

We’re looking for someone reliable that understands gripping content and is detail-oriented. You’d need to analyse what’s working well and what’s not and then adapt accordingly.

????Salary
You’ll be paid 600-1000 USD per month + performance budget (% of the account value). After the first 6 months, you’ll receive a 50% raise on your base salary.
