Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Social Media Manager and Content Editor to join our team. As our social media presence continues to expand, we need a skilled individual who can effectively manage multiple accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and potentially Pinterest. Our ideal candidate is KPI-focused, growth-oriented, and possesses a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
– Convert existing assets into social media-ready posts.
– Edit and combine videos into engaging social media content.
– Curate and repost User-Generated Content (UGC) with proper permission.
– Identify trending sounds and video themes for collaboration with the team.

2. Hashtag Optimization and Scheduling:
– Post content across platforms with relevant hashtags.
– Schedule posts and stories strategically to maximize reach and engagement.

3. Community Engagement:
– Engage with potential customers and influencers, fostering meaningful interactions.
– Respond promptly to inquiries, messages, and comments to enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Organizational Improvement:
– Utilize graphic design and video editing skills to enhance content quality.
– Recommend and implement tools to improve team organization and efficiency.

Requirements:
– Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
– Exceptional organizational abilities to streamline workflow and suggest appropriate tools.
– Understanding of marketing concepts and the ability to empathize with the customer/viewer perspective.
– Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software.

Additional Skills/Qualities:
– Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
– Copywriting Skills: Craft engaging copy aligned with the brand’s voice and target audience.
– Customer Service Focus: Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset and promptly respond to inquiries and comments.
