Job Title: Social Media Manager and Editor

Answers Network is a resource hub designed to guide parents and adolescent services industry professionals through critical moments with their children or clients. Our mission is to address a wide range of issues, such as locating runaway teens, family crisis intervention, building self-esteem, dealing with addictions, health and wellness, and everyday concerns facing families. We also connect our audience with specialized schools, treatment programs, and other resources that make a real difference. With 30 years of experience in working with at-risk youth, our founder, Allen Cardoza, is dedicated to providing answers and options for raising children in today’s ever-changing world.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
Edit raw podcast and video content to ensure high-quality and engaging output.
Upload the edited content onto podcast platforms, social media channels, and the company website.
Update the company website with the latest podcast episodes and relevant information.
Create and share short-form content on various social media platforms to promote the podcast and engage with the audience.
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for enhancing the brand’s online presence and reach.
Qualifications:
Previous experience managing podcasts or other social media brands is preferred.
High aptitude and propensity for problem-solving and self-direction.
Ability to work independently without requiring micromanagement.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Applicants must be based in the Philippines.
Salary and Benefits:
$300 USD (PHP 16,300) per month (based on 20 hours of work per week).
Opportunity to work remotely with a flexible schedule.
