Social Media Manager and eMail Campaign Manager
We are currently seeking a talented Social Media and eMail expert.
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and publishing high-quality content across our social media platforms, including Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:
– eMail campaign creation based on data analytics
– Be able to interpret data to produce campaigns
-Create and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and target audience
-Produce content quickly, using data from our admin dashboard to inform your decisions.
-Have a keen eye for aesthetics and design, ensuring our social media posts are visually appealing and on-brand
-Learn customer service first to understand our business and audience
-Create clickbait posts that link to our blog posts and keep our content relevant to the latest trends and special occasions
-Monitor social media engagement, track performance, and adjust the social media strategy accordingly
-Collaborate with other departments to create content that aligns with broader marketing and sales initiatives
-Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and algorithms to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging
-Manage social media advertising campaigns, including setting up, optimizing, and tracking performance.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
-Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
-Ability to produce high-quality content quickly and efficiently
-A keen eye for aesthetics and design
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Understand how to segment data
-Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting
– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
-Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
– Must be able to report back to management on a daily basis, with pro’s and con’s of the day
