Social Media Manager and Email Marketing Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing, with a particular focus on Shopify, Google Ads, social media content creation, and email marketing. Familiarity with the latest AI tools for marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities:

*Create, manage, and analyse social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including the creation of engaging graphics, posts, and stories
*Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation
*Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for maximum return on investment
*Stay updated on, and apply, the latest AI tools and strategies for digital marketing
*Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
*Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for our Shopify store and other e-commerce platforms

Requirements:

*Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
*1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Shopify, Google Ads, social media, and email marketing
*Demonstrable experience in creating engaging social media content, including graphics
*Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and email marketing software
*Familiarity with the latest AI tools for digital marketing
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
