Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager and Executive Assistant to join our team at FemmeProsper Wellness. This individual will play a crucial role in managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Three main pillars we need from your expertise: lead generation, lead nurture, and lead conversion as we continue to launch and expand.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to grow and engage our audience across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and TikTok.
Create compelling content, including posts, stories, videos, and ads, that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our community to foster meaningful connections.
Analyze social media insights and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content strategies.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
Content Creation:
Design visually appealing graphics and layouts using Canva and other graphic design tools.
Edit videos for social media and marketing campaigns using video editing software.
Create informative and visually appealing email newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
Write compelling blog posts and articles to share valuable content with our audience.
PR Outreach and Collaboration:
Identify and reach out to potential collaborators, partners, and influencers for brand partnerships and collaborations.
Organize and coordinate sponsored content, giveaways, and influencer campaigns.
Manage relationships with partners, sponsors, and affiliates to ensure successful collaborations.
Email Marketing and CRM Management:
Manage email marketing campaigns, including creating, scheduling, and sending email newsletters and promotions.
Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, contacts, and interactions.
Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to optimize email performance.
Event Planning and Coordination:
Assist in planning, organizing, and promoting events such as workshops and webinars.
Create promotional materials such as event invitations, posters, and social media graphics.
Manage RSVPs, registrations, and attendee communications.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, including answering emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
