Job Description:

Join our team at Ascend Social as a motivated and detail-oriented virtual assistant. This role presents a potential for long-term growth as our agency expands. You’ll be an integral part of our journey towards success.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
Create visually captivating designs for LinkedIn content.
Craft engaging graphics for 80 social media posts per month.

Social Media Management:
Schedule LinkedIn posts for client accounts.
Post pre-written captions for clients at specified times using Social Media Management software.
Engage with client profiles on LinkedIn for 2-3 hours daily, including commenting on other profiles, adding ideal clients to client networks, and responding to comments.

YouTube Management:
Upload pre-made reels and shorts to client YouTube accounts and schedule them for optimal engagement.

Analytics & Metrics:
Generate monthly reports on LinkedIn metrics for client accounts using provided templates and LinkedIn analytics.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

Previous experience managing social media accounts.
Familiarity with YouTube and LinkedIn platforms.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs
Familiar with softwares like Buffer and Social Sprout
At least one year of design experience
Excellent English

Hourly Rate: $5 – $10

Expected Hours: 20-30 hours per week

Laptop/Computer with 64 bit processor
Fast and reliable internet connection
