Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer

We are a travel agency seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to join our team. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and creating engaging content for our social media platforms and building/engaging with our audience of travel enthusiasts.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a social media content strategy that showcases our brand and highlights our travel services.
* Create visually appealing and engaging graphics and videos using a variety of tools to promote our travel packages, destinations, and experiences.?
* Manage and monitor our social media accounts across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and X.
* Engage with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
* Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase our brand awareness and generate leads.?
* Monitor and analyze social media analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Keeping up with travel trends.
*Stay up-to-date with social media trends, travel industry news, and best practices to ensure our social media presence is innovative and competitive
*Must have effective communication skills
*Knowledge of Hubstaff and Trello is a bonus
*Collaborating with different companies and influencers to increase engagement
*Must have strong video editing skills for reels and shorts

*You must have prior Social Media Management Experience

**Hours are 10-15 hours per week
**Starting Salary is $4.00 per hour
** Salary Paid on the 1st and 15th of every month
** Flexible weekly hours (work on your terms)
**Productivity bonuses available
**13-month bonus
** Contract will start at 1 month and have the opportunity for extension into a long term role
