We are gearing up for a major product launch via crowdfunding on Kickstarter and need a dynamic, creative, and organized individual to manage our social media and launch activities.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Manager and Launch Coordinator to execute our comprehensive 60-day launch plan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, running ad campaigns, and coordinating our crowdfunding launch. Proficiency in graphics creation is a significant plus.
Responsibilities:
1) Social Media Management:
a. Optimize and manage our Facebook Page and Instagram Profile.
b. Develop and post regular engaging content, including images, videos, and interactive posts.
c. Respond to comments and messages promptly to foster community engagement.
d. Utilize Facebook and Instagram Stories, IGTV, and Facebook Live to connect with our audience.
2) Content Creation:
a. Create high-quality graphics and videos showcasing our products.
b. Develop personal story videos and other engaging content related to baseball and gear.
c. Brainstorm and execute content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
3) ManyChat Management:
a. Set up and manage ManyChat sequences, including welcome messages, nurture sequences, and growth tools.
b. Use JSON ads, Ref URL Growth Tools, and Comment Growth Tools to build our ManyChat subscriber list.
c. Engage with subscribers through interactive content and follow-up sequences.
4) Crowdfunding Coordination:
a. Prepare and launch the crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter.
b. Develop and manage early bird rewards and promotional materials.
c. Monitor and engage with backers, providing regular updates and responding to inquiries.
5) Ad Campaign Management:
a. Run targeted Facebook and Instagram ads to drive traffic to our pre-launch page and squeeze page.
b. Set up retargeting campaigns to re-engage users who have interacted with our content.
c. Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and ROI.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in graphics design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
• Experience with ManyChat or other chatbot platforms.
• Familiarity with crowdfunding platforms, particularly Kickstarter.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in video editing and production.
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
