Social Media Manager and Lead Outreach Specialist

We are a Consulting Company based in Hong Kong, currently recruiting a Social Media Manager and lead outreach specialist on behalf of our client.

Our client is a Done-For-You digital marketing agency based in US. Serving clients across US and Europe. With the mission of helping women founders and executives to shine on LinkedIn through customized content and daily engagement.

Their services include day-to-day work of creating and maintaining a LinkedIn presence off the to-do list of busy women executives, delivering a steady stream of high-value connections to their inbox.

By accepting this role, you will undergo training provided by us, then be onboarded to our client’s team.

The main objective of this role involves:
1. Social community management on LinkedIn:
– Posting executives’ LinkedIn content consistently in the correct time zone for their audience
– Outbound commenting on top voices’ posts and posts from target audience members
– Filtering comments on executives’ own content, responding to some, bringing more complex ones to manager for commenting
– Filtering and responding to connection requests and inbox messages
– Tracking all connections and followup via a spreadsheet or Notion database

2. Cold email/LinkedIn development:
– Writing customized first lines for cold emails/LinkedIn messages
– Use a Sales Navigator list to identify target leads daily
– Research specifics for each lead and craft the first line for review by manager

Skills required:
> Amazing english writing skills
> Excellent communication skills with clients and prospects
> Proficient in operating LinkedIn accounts and Sales Navigator accounts
> Experience in email inbox management
> Experience in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets
> Prior experience managing leads and social accounts of online businesses

Shift times:
> 8am – 1pm EST, Monday to Friday (8pm – 1am Philipines time. M-F)

Rate:
> Hourly rate starting from 4 USD / hour
> Pay rise potential according to experience and performance
> Potential opportunity to transition from part-time to full-time hours
