We’re hiring a dynamic Social Media Manager and Listings Content Creator to bring our brand to the next level.
Their main responsibility will be to help create and implement social media and marketing campaigns in order to help our Clients, our Realtors, and the Company grow.

Responsibilities
Social Media:
Developing and implementing a social media content calendar.
Daily content creation.
Must love creating Reels!
Create a regular publishing schedule (using buffer, Hootsuite, social coach, etc.)
Monitor social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
Create compelling and on-brand content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to graphics, videos, and written posts.
Work hand and hand with the media team, digital team and email marketing team.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains competitive and effective.
Content Creation:
Daily content management on all platforms (FB, IG, IN, Google).
Manage our email marketing platform.
Create monthly market reports to update our clients.
Research trending topics.
Create listing blogs and Property Websites
Graphic Design Work:
Create brochures for our listings.
Create buyer informational packages.
Create postcard marketing campaigns for our Realtors.
Update and create as needed presentations for our Realtors.
Produce high-quality collateral materials for our clients and Realtors.
Qualifications
2+ years of Social Media Brand Management Experience
Good Understanding of social media tools- Canva, Hootsuite, Adobe Products, Facebook Business Studio and/or Facebook Ad Manager.
Previous experience managing a social media calendar of original and curated content.
Previous experience posting and engaging as a brand on social channels.
Content creation skills including short-form video editing in-app and graphic design.
Basic to moderate experience in Photoshop.
Writing experience with long and short-form content.
Basic knowledge of SEO
Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
Strong time management skills
Must be able to multitask
Effective and clear communicator.
Mac product user expert.
Basecamp user a plus
Curaytor knowledge of a plus
