Are you passionate about digital marketing, social media, and the world of podcasts? We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our growing team as a Social Media Manager and Podcast Producer.
This is a part-time remote position but could lead to a full-time one which requires a dynamic professional with experience in social media management, and podcast production. If you are passionate about digital content creation and have a proven track record in building online communities, this opportunity is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Manage and enhance the online presence of our brands.
– Implement effective SEO strategies to optimize online content.
– Demonstrate a willingness to learn about the dental and medical industry to curate relevant content.
– Social Media Management:
1. Build and manage social media accounts and groups to enhance brand visibility.
2. Consistently create and schedule posts across major social media channels.
3. Follow and engage with influencers in the medical and dental fields.
– Podcast Producer:
1. Post and optimize podcast episodes on multiple platforms, including YouTube.
2. Implement SEO strategies to maximize visibility and reach a broader audience.
3. Review and evaluate podcast content for quality and relevance.
4. Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and connect with potential podcast guests.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders.
6. Implement creative ideas to increase audience engagement and retention.
7. Analyze and propose strategies to enhance reach and improve content quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Proven experience in video editing and social media management.
– Familiarity with podcast production and distribution.
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
– Familiarity with the dental industry is a plus.
WORK SCHEDULE:
– Part-time position (20-30 hours per week).
– Must be available for 4 hours each day during US hours.
