Social Media Manager and Project Manager

We are a growing business in the music education industry, focused on creating and promoting high-quality online educational content for beginner music creators. Our mission is to provide exceptional resources, video tutorials, blog posts, PDF materials, and more to help aspiring musicians thrive.

We are currently looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager and Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling engaging content, generating post ideas, and monitoring audience engagement.
Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Collaborate with the team to develop content ideas and campaigns that align with our brand and target audience.
Handle project management tasks, including organizing and overseeing various projects, setting timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Coordinate with team members and external collaborators to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize our online presence.

Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and project management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
Ability to create engaging and compelling social media content.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A passion for music and a creative mindset.
Familiarity with music production is a plus.

Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with tools such as Chat GPT, Grammarly, and project management software.
A reliable computer with sufficient processing speed to handle social media management and project management tools.
A stable and fast internet connection to ensure smooth communication and file transfers.

Salary:
The salary range is $450-$500 p/m. The final salary will be determined based on the applicant’s experience and qualifications.
