Job Description
As a Social Media Manager and SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms and optimizing our website for search engines. This dual role requires a combination of creativity, technical skills, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and schedule content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and suggest improvements.
Optimize website content for SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and meta tags.
Monitor website analytics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media and SEO strategies with overall business goals.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and SEO best practices.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement and differentiation.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and/or SEO Specialist.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
Proficiency with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
