Social Media Manager and Strategist

About our company:
We are a brand new, super small financial advisor group who markets chiefly to US trained/working healthcare professionals (doctors/dentists/nurse practitioners, etc) and work more towards younger professionals (eg late 20s-30s) in providing advice for their unique financial scenarios.
At this point in time we are still new and finding ideal product market fit, with no/limited social media presence. We’re looking for someone to help our new company grow its presence and interaction chiefly across instagram, facebook and tiktok.
As you would be the sole person for our social media management, you ideally have:
-Prior background in similar roles in media management, with content creation, brand identity and social media campaigns. Demonstrated prior experience in similar roles will receive preference. Additional ability to leverage AI tools preferred.

Skills/software experience include: Facebook/Meta/Instagram & Ads manager, Canva, ChatGPT, google docs

-We are looking with someone who has a keen eye for social media trends, awareness, and a competence to be the sole person for our social media team. You will have access to a shared company canva account, that will be able to be reviewed by our team prior to publishing
We are looking for part time work, approximately 10 hours per week, with ability to increase to 20 hours/week pending need and performance. There may be the ability to transition to full time over the next year if can demonstrate results and value.
You will have some flexibility in hours, as long as we can regularly communicate and create a shared understanding of schedule/expectations and communication.
