We are looking for a driven and accountable Hybrid Social Media Manager & Project Manager who can enhance our brand presence and streamline our project execution. The ideal candidate will be a pivotal contributor to our team, offering both creative social media strategies and robust project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management (60%)
Develop and implement social media strategies to strengthen B2B relationships and enhance brand visibility on platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
Create engaging content, utilizing Canva for high-quality visuals and HubSpot for campaign management.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
Project Management (40%)
Organize, coordinate, and manage various projects across the organization, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Utilize Asana to track project progress, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and ensure clear communication among team members.
Serve as a liaison between different stakeholders to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes productivity and high morale.
Requirements:
Fluent in English with impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven experience managing professional social media accounts, particularly for B2B growth. A strong portfolio showcasing past work and successes is required.
Proficient in using Asana for project management, Canva for graphic design, HubSpot for CRM and marketing automation, and Slack for team communications.
Ability to work autonomously and maintain high levels of self-motivation and time management.
Must be willing and able to work during East Coast United States business hours.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in social media management and project management.
Demonstrable track record of developing effective strategies and campaigns for brand growth on social media, particularly LinkedIn.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of social media and marketing strategies.
