We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager & Divi Website Builder. In this unique role, you’ll wear two hats, playing a crucial role in crafting our online presence and fostering meaningful connections with our audience.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
– Co-develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our business goals and target audience.
– Create engaging and visually appealing content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram,YouTube Community, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Schedule and publish content consistently, maintaining a strong brand voice and message.
– Monitor social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) and use data to refine strategies.
– Identify and leverage social media trends to optimise campaigns.
– Manage online communities, respond to comments and messages promptly, and build brand loyalty.
– Stay updated on the latest social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

Divi Website Development and Management:
– Design, develop, and maintain our company website from scratch using Divi, a user-friendly website builder on the WordPress platform.
– Ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimised for search engines (SEO).
– Manage website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency with brand messaging.
– Implement ongoing website improvements based on user data and analytics.
– Be comfortable creating pages and page structures from scratch, with experience building complete websites independently.

Required skills and qualifications:

– Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a relevant field.
– Strong understanding of social media best practices and content creation strategies.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
– Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.).
– Proven experience building websites with Divi on WordPress.
– Strong graphic design sense and experience with image editing tools is a plus.
– Excellent time management and organisational skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Passion for staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends.
