Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Social Media Manager and Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial for managing our social media presence, creating and scheduling content, engaging with our online community, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Design graphics, write captions, and create video content that aligns with clients’ brand identities.
Research and implement relevant hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.
Content Scheduling:

Plan and schedule social media posts using scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Ensure timely and consistent posting across all social media channels.
Community Engagement:

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media platforms.
Foster positive relationships with followers and clients by engaging with their content.
Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
Provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Administrative Support:

Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing tasks.
Handle various administrative tasks to support the agency’s operations.
Maintain organized records and documentation.
Client Coordination:

Communicate with clients to understand their social media goals and needs.
Collaborate with clients to create tailored social media strategies.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on their social media performance.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or Virtual Assistant.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
