Social Media Manager/ Blog Writing / VA

I am looking for a VA to help with my expanding Digital Marketing Company
You will be responsible for ( but not limited to ) the following tasks:

Social Media Manager for multiple accounts
Blog Posts For multiple accounts and niches weekly
GMB Posts
Backlinks/ Offpage SEO

You must have extensive experience writing multiple blog posts ( min 500 words) for multiple niches and be fluent in English. You must also be able to write and Grammarly check each blog within a 30 minute time frame.

You must also have very good previous experience with Social media. You must be able to set up and manage multiple social media accounts on all platforms, including Facebook, IG, Twitter, and Youtube. Your task will be to update them with daily posts and Youtube videos.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POST IF YOU ARE NOT EXPERIENCED IN WRITING MULTIPLE BLOG POSTS OF 500 WORDS OR MORE OR MULTIPLE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS (50+). AND YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SHOW PREVIOUS WORK.

I need someone who knows how to set up social media accounts, as no training is given.

You must be very well organized and motivated, have a good eye for detail and creativity, and be able to write interesting articles on different topics.

You will be able to work independently, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard and reporting back your daily work. You must be fluent in speaking English and also writing English. It is also extremely important you have good Wifi speed and connection.
I am looking for someone who is a quick learner, switched on, and can hit the ground running with minimum supervision. I need someone who can focus on the initial training and the tasks required of them. I am also looking for someone who can think for themselves after the training and someone that I can trust to get on with the job I have given them as we have deadlines to complete.
The hourly rate is $3, which will be reviewed in 3 months. You will be required to work a block of 3 hours daily, Monday to Thursday.
Good wifi speed and connection are essential, as well as good verbal and written use of the English language, as I will need to speak with you on telegram on a daily basis. It would also be advantageous to have SEO, Lead Generation, Off-page optimisation, and Backlinking.

My company is fairly new but growing fast, and I am looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
