Job Description

Social Media content creation for Instagram, Facebook Business, Linkedin, and TicToc. Must understand how to use these programs and how to create static posts, reels, and stories.

Must be skilled at Canva and the schedular feature

Job Role Includes:

1. Join groups on Facebook in order to promote business and services
2. Like, and comment on posts with the mission of subtly promoting business.
3. Reaching out to potential clients to discover interest.
4. Posting company information in relevant conversations within groups. (No spam posting)
5. Sharing content/reels relevant to life insurance that may be useful to the team to duplicate
6. Editing Canva templates and scheduling them for daily posting from the company’s social media pages through Canva
7. Updating new Canva templates for new agents as they are onboarded.

Must join groups from your own platforms, May need to create a new page for this role.

This role does not include cold-calling or any sales.

The ideal candidate will have a great personality, be a self-starter, and understand social media platforms with knowledge of post engagement, trends, and content creation.

We are looking to hire THE BEST for this long-term perm position.

Must-Have Upbeat and Relatable Personality. Apart from the job will be in customer relations and problem-solving. We are not looking to hire someone with a robotic and dry personality. You must be able to make a joke and understand professional humor to build rapport with customers.

This is not a simple copy-and-paste job. Critical thinking is a must. If you know that your working style is more copy/paste/task-based work, please don’t apply. We are looking for someone who is resourceful and can work without micro-management

Offered: $4 per hour. 20hrs per week. 12pm-4pm EST Time Zone. Weekly Pay. (working hours/pay to expand once we find the right person)
