Responsibilities:

– Analyze and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments, maintaining a positive and professional online presence.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Requirements:

– 2+ Years of Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the CBD or health and wellness industry.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Remote Work Details:

This is a remote work-from-home position with working hours from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST.
We record work hours using a time tracker, ensuring transparency and accountability.
