About the role:

Are you eager to dive into Social Media Management and kickstart your Marketing career? Join our Social Media Marketing Freelancer pool, where you’ll receive mentorship through our In-house Marketing Bootcamp. Our aim is to nurture you into certified Social Media Management Talents, pivotal in crafting and executing impactful social media strategies. You’ll collaborate with our marketing team to curate compelling content, oversee accounts, analyze data, and enhance campaigns across multiple platforms for our diverse clientele.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply.
– Strong interest in social media management with a passion for staying up to date with the latest social media trends and developments
– Great written and verbal communication skills and creative thinking
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
– Knowledge of Meta Ads principles and their application in social media marketing and familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva, is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

– Help the account managers in overseeing daily social media tasks, including scheduling, publishing, and community engagement for their respective clients.
– Provide support in crafting engaging content for various platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
– Assist in analyzing performance metrics and recommend optimizations for effective campaigns.
