Overview: Seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Manager / Content Creator. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing creative social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
• Creating 2 short-form videos and 1 image carousel per week (3 pieces of unique content per week)
• Develop engaging, high-quality content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to text, image, video, and interactive formats.
• Create content that aligns with brand messaging, values, and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure content remains fresh and competitive.
2. Social Media Management:
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
• Implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
3. Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute content calendar and campaign strategies.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of social media campaigns.
• Analyzing social media metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly to improve performance

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in using various content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or another image and video editing software
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing high quality content creation in the form of images and short-form video.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
• Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies.
• Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices to optimize content for visibility and discoverability online. This includes keyword research, meta tags, and in-image/in-video optimization techniques.
